We may receive contact details, enquiry information, volunteer or partnership application information, donation records, website usage information and other details you choose to provide. We collect only what is reasonably needed for the stated purpose.
RMFSL applies heightened care to information about children. Do not send a child’s name, photograph, case history, location or other sensitive details through public website forms or social media. Child-protection information is handled only through authorised, secure case pathways.
We use information to respond to enquiries, coordinate lawful referrals, administer donations and partnerships, assess volunteer applications, communicate organisational updates, meet safeguarding and legal duties, and improve our services.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only when necessary for an authorised service, safeguarding response, legal obligation or trusted provider operating under appropriate confidentiality and security expectations.
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards and retain information only for as long as it is needed for its purpose, safeguarding responsibilities, accountability requirements or applicable law.
You may ask to access, correct or, where applicable, delete personal information held about you. You may also withdraw consent to optional communications. Some records may need to be retained for safeguarding, legal or accountability reasons.
Our website may link to trusted external services, including Google Forms and social-media platforms. Their own privacy terms apply when you use those services.
We may update this policy when our services, safeguarding responsibilities or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
