Placements are matched to genuine organisational needs, relevant experience and available supervision. Direct contact with children is never automatic.

Every placement follows RMFSL’s child-protection standards, confidentiality requirements and appropriate screening.
Roles have a defined purpose, an RMFSL contact person and an agreed period of service.
